Do they have any in the dark green or cream color to match the scout shirts? I am looking in for something that's of the military grade but analog and stylish.

Space view I like the Wenger but the price not so much.

 

$108 is not a bad price. However, these frequently show up on the Deal of the Day sites for much less. You just need to keep your eye out for them.

What do you think of that color for scouts?

 

For young boy's you need something that is uncomplicated, that rules out a mechanical in my book. Eco-Drive is the way to go.

You also need something that will fit their wrists.

I'm not sure on price but look for Casio watches with ABC functions for altimeter, Barometer, and Compass. Casio does have analog (hands) models but more expensive.

Timex Expedition. If it was good enough for me to use throughout Infantry Basic Training, it is good enough for a Scout.

I'd personally go with the first one. Even with a resin case, it will likely last you a long time. Even if it doesn't, at that price it is cheap enough to consider expendable.

You can't beat a G-Shock in terms of durability, but that Timex has a great track record in my book.
