For Thursday, running it back with the Alsta Superautomatic, on the "Hooper" bracelet.

Interesting backstory about the original bracelet used in the movie. The Prop director chose a Speidel, 3-hole racing bracelet, that actually had curved ends at the lugs. It was the completely wrong bracelet to pair with a dive watch. The look of the "Hooper" watch, with the odd bracelet, became iconic amongst collectors, and movie buffs through the years. I'm glad Alsta revived the bracelet, and added a flat edge at the lugs.

Thanks Scott. Bought that one so long ago, don't even know if they're still in the biz.
That Astor-Banks is pretty slick also. Nice hour markers. Is that a sapphire bezel ?
Yes Sir, Sapphire it is!
