Hello gents,
I hope this is not against the rules of this community.
My name is Steven Silverston and I'm a student at the University of Leeds (UK). I know this would sound a bit cheesy, but I'm doing my final project as a design student and I need to get an insight on people, watches, storage, and winders.

I would be extremely thankful if you take 3-5 minutes to participate in my anonymous survey here:

This means the world to me as you are literally helping me graduate.

Thank you for the time!

Thank you @andrema, I just need a couple of hours and its all going to be good.

I'm in love with vintage divers, Unfortunately still can't afford to start collecting them.
I've managed to get a damaged vintage Sicura 400 and I'm in the process of restoring it. I'm waiting for a donor watch as I need a new movement. I have a bronze Maranez Layan and I'm really looking forward a vintage Aquatech or Aquastar, but I'll probably have to save up a bit :))
I'm also interested in watch design and this is why I'm spamming your community with my uni stuff.

I completed the survey, no problem. But what triggered me to reply is the Sicura brand. I've owned a couple in my youth, they were sold at tobacconists. Some of them blatant (chrome plated) Rolex Sub and GMT clones. Brings back memories.

I completed your survey as stated earlier but now my analytic mind kicks in. Are you sure we belong to the correct demographic? Do you have a control group? It's like asking a butcher if he likes meat :D

Good luck with your project - I just submitted my responses. My gusss is that some of the answers that you get from members here are going to be totally different than the general population.

Wow.
I literally don't have enough words to thank you people. The overall responce to the survey have been bonkers and I've received more participants than expected. I've assembled "the important questions" that some of you have been asking in an image

Basically all of you come from different professions and are taking positions at different levels (no major groups), but when asked how many watches do you have you would always answer: Not enough. :))

Thank you for the help once again.

Knowing the number of participants would be useful to me and would still be anonymous. The more participants, the more reliable the results. And, as you have noticed, we are a much friendlier and more forgiving forum than others :D But I would appreciate if you would give us some more feedback!
