Sorry to hear about that JP, this also happened to me and my father we both have the same name. First it happened to him, someone bought a car under his name and SS#. He fought it and was taken off his credit report and then like almost 10 years later I get a thing in the mail from collections for that same crap same car. They were trying to pin it on my credit report, I had to fight that crap too and get it off. It does really suck and very stressful.
