That sounds better then what I had, lol

This morning

I had a bowl of honey nut and oats (with almonds) cereal with milk.
My son had 2 pancakes (the toaster oven ones) and a bunch of glasses of milk and juice.

Pretty simple for us today.

Artichoke N Spinach Pinwheels
Goldfish Crackers
Pistachio Nuts
Pretzels

Big lunch. And dinner is the treat. I'm married to southern girl . . . . first two they learn . . . . how to cook, and how to , well , you know the rest I think . . . :lol

just a few gulps of milk for me this morning, just not enough time with all the running around with the kids. Normal morning, lol

I must confess, I cheat when it comes to breakfast. My mother owns a bakery. So it's non-stop rolls, cinnamon rolls, muffins, etc. around the Sasquatch household pretty much every morning. Usually washed down with a Monster Kaos or whatever is cold.

Breakfast was a banana somewhere around 4:00 a.m...Right now, I'm hungry enough to eat the moulding that runs around the top of my desk.

Duchess....fiber is good...but not MDF!!!!

You should have at least stopped by McD's on the way into work...or Starbucks for some coffee and a Scone!!! I stopped so my wife could pick up something at the Drive-thru at McD's....a sausage McMuffin and an OJ. Me...I am on a restricted diet...so it's my Special K and soy milk....followed by a chaser of Diet Dr. Pepper so I at least have some caffeine in my system!!! I fill up on all the med's I have to take!! YUK.....

But I always leave some cereal in my bowl...cause Tommy loves Special K and my Vanilla Soy Milk...then he goes to sleep for the next 3 hours...LOL...he is so darn cute!!!

I actually don't have a very good reason for going hungry given that I work from home, I just didn't want to stop what I was doing & go put something together.
