Hard question. First one I can remember would be a Seiko of some sort that my mom and dad gave me for Christmas many years ago. Watch passed away years ago as well. (Not so fast...see below)
After I posted this it got me thinking so went and dug through a couple of old boxes. I found the Seiko my parents bought for me. Not working. Probably just needs a battery. Can't believe how small it was. Something else I found was an old Fossil watch that I have had for at least 15 years is my guess. Still running and dead on the time just needed the date adjusted.
Also, as far as a watch that I bought personally the Fossil was probably it. Cheap watch but can't believe it was still running. I didn't really know anything at all about watches back then....and probably only really knew of Rolex as being a top watch.
