Favorite ethnic food....Mexican...but not freekin' bad Houston Texas Tex-Mex!!!

Favorite 1 Food Item....Lambs Chops...grilled to a perfect medium rare.

Favorite Condiment....Salsa

But I am comfortable eating from almost any ethnic variety. I love exploring new cuisines....not much I haven't tried and liked in my life time.

I like just about everything, but my favorite 1 item is Fried Clams. Unfortunately, since I live on the west coast, and the only decent fried clams are on the east coast, I don't get to have them very often. There have been a couple of places around here to get good clams, but they have come and gone.

There are some pretty damned good Clams to be had in the NW I can tell you that.
