That's good info to know! Thanks!

It's interesting to see that a COSC grade mechanical movement is only a few seconds less accurate than a standard quartz.

I had a pair of COSC Rolex Oysterquartz watches (one to wear and one for the collection). That 21 year old Caliber 5035, 11-Jewel movement was within 7 seconds for an entire year (the watch was from 1983 -- timed in 2004). :BE
