I wear anything from 38 to 52mm, depending on my mood and what I'm wearing. But if I had to choose just one size, I guess it would be 40mm.

I will wear from 40mm, up to 48mm, 44mm is my favorite. It's the prefer size for me at this point.

40mm up to around 46mm is my normal "zone", with a few exceptions like my Seiko Tuna. I think 44mm is my current sweet spot. Also prefer 22mm lugs.

I'd go as low as 40 and as high as 45, but of course a lot depends upon how the individual watch wears due to the case and dial design.
