Cufflinks are cufflinks, right? Well, we suppose they all do serve the same purpose–to secure the cuffs of your shirts. But we like to think of them more as jewelry, rather than just an object with a function. To that end, we love it when we come across pieces that clearly go beyond the simple form, pieces that intrigue and spark our interest. That’s why these cufflinks caught our eye. Made from wind-up watches from the early to mid-20th century, the moving gears offer a unique and vintage-style take on an accessory that will clearly have you standing out at any occasion.

Nice find, Spaceview. Definitely something different from the usual cufflink design and adds a nice touch of personality for the average WIS. I might buy a pair and see how they really look in person.

Those look cool. Sometimes you can find handmade cufflinks with vintage movements in them on etsy.com
