I remember a Good Lookin Gal eating a Live Mouse in the original...suppose it'll be a large rat this time around... Seriously though, V has great possibilities for a BIG HIT! Just hope they stay away from political statements and religious nuances.. I like my Sci-FI scary and straight up!

Well I saw the 1st episode that I had taped and all in all I liked it. I guess,however,that politics will never be separated from science fiction in this day and age...witness the comment the news man made to the Female Alien President when she said she wanted to provide alien medical care to the earthlings....Oh, so that means you will provide us all with Universal Healthcare !!?? :twitch: Also,funny how the FBI was now chasing American sleeper cells made up of U.S. citizens and Alien traitors, resisting the Alien takeover of the world. What ever happened to the ole Flash Gorden vs. Ming the Magnificent??...come to think of it, that was about an Alien Dictator trying to conquer the world ala Hitler vs. Captain America! Maybe you can't have science fiction without political overtones...go figure:whatever:

This show was VERY Slow getting started.....but it really took shape nicely before it ended. I think it should really begin to POP in March! That Head V-Gal-LizardLady is something else:c....Somehow she looks like a Lizard that slipped into a Sexy Human Female's skin and likes it there! I keep waiting for her to flick that lizard tongue of hers at one of the human male stars as they turn their back and walk away :t:ban

Can't wait to see what those aliens look like when they take their Human skins off!! The stuff their doing with special effects lately(see Avatar) is way beyond Ray Harryhousenesque which I grew up on...Can't wait to see!!!:BE
