I just got off the phone with Larry. He was very prompt in finding my Tourbillon, this past Monday (a Holiday, by the way . . . does this man ever take a day off?). He left me a VM which I totally missed, and didn't get until 30 minutes ago!

The Tourbillon is off to the factory for repair! Yayyyyyyy!!!!!!

It will be back . . . well, when it's back! Larry said it could take some time (4-5 weeks). I'm just happy that it's found and that it's off for repair!

Just to reiterate, that my Tourbillon was "returned/credited" to ShopNBC, however, it never left the Stuhrling warehouse. Therefore, It was found, will be repaired, and returned to me.

The "credit" was NOT issued to me because Stuhrling couldn't fix the watch. They can (and will) fix the watch at the factory. The "credit" occurred due to a clerical error. I just want folks to feel confident that Stuhrling CAN repair/service their watches (if ever needed), and this situation is no different.

NEVER, have I had the President of a company give me the kind of personal attention that I am receiving from Larry and Stuhrling! That needs to be stressed on my part!

This is a great example of how something "not-so-good" can actually result in developing a deeper level of trust and respect.

I very much respect Larry!

Thanks!

Great to hear. Can't wait until you get your watch back and hopefully soon.

CT...all I can say is that Larry and Esther made sure the small problem with my Uptown Ozzie XL...the bubble in the Crystal...was taken care of quickly. I got the watch back and a personal letter from Esther in less than a month. Stuhrling also shipped the watch in a brand new watch box...which was kinda cool. I take the inserts out of them and add pillows to the case and can fit 5 watches comfortably in each of those big SO cases.

Thanks, James.

Larry . . . That's great to hear about how they took care of your issue. I keep hearing good things!

I really like your idea to use the SO boxes as cases! That is ingenious! I'm going to try that. Thanks for the idea! :)

That is a very cool idea that I have to check out when I get home. Very smart use of the long box.
