My daughter got me this little credit card knife. It's well made and has a locking blade which is nice. If I'm attacked at the ATM I'll be ready.

Behold the tiny Gerber Dime. Not quite as well made as a comparable Leatherman, but extremely useful in everyday life. Spring-loaded pliers, a wire cutter, removable toothpick, bottle opener, flathead screwdriver, philips compatible screwdriver, coarse and fine file, package opener/tape cutter, knife, and spring-loaded scissors. When closed it's just 2-1/4" long.

I'm too lazy to take a picture now but since my last post I bought a Leatherman Wave with a leather sheath. Great stuff!

I got a new phone yesterday and the camera is its best feature, hence all the pics.

I'm looking for a new phone as well (iPhone 12 Mini) but dang are they expensive over here! I have an iPhone 8 now.

Don't tell me that is yours! :) I just saw I have the Plus (don't know the difference).
That's mine, it's the original version, no hex drive bits, etc. I found it to replace my original version I'd lost - and I just sentimentally like the original and its logo - though I think they've returned to that logo?

I just got an iPhone 11 Pro. Marginally larger than my 7, but not one of the giant models. Though the entire face is a screen, no black border below, (no more home button) so the screen is noticeably larger.

O.K. now you guys are making me really like knives. 😀😄

A crazy cool cutting edge congratulations there Eric !!!:)
See what I did there? 😊But seriously, I know a lot of you
guys are really into watches, and enjoy them. And it's really
something how the styles run from the traditional, and classic,
to wild, ingenious. Even James Bond-like with your latest new
arrivals above. 😎😎They are really something. Not to mention
super cool to see on this end.

Really appreciate you showing them to us sir !!!

This is my current EDC... A Spyderco Carribean in LC200N steel (one of the best corrosion resistant steels availabe)

This is another one that I love, The Spyderco PM2 in "blurple". The steel is incredible, but it's scales tend to erase my Levis from the inside out...

This is my knife for when I have to wear posh clothing, a Fox Tur designed by Jesper Voxnaes:

And I EDC a a Spyderco Pingo when in Europe, which has strict knife laws in most countries. A collaborative design by Voxnaes and Anso.

Other than that, I have several other Spydercos, a Buck 119 and some rare German knives from Solingen.

As well as two Ontario RAT 1s.. one in Aus 8, the other in D2 steel.. they're heavy, but inexpensive and durable..

@AtomicTom If you want to get into knives, I can highly recommed Nick Shabazz's youtube channel. He reviews knive, watches and other EDC gear, as well as safety razors (it's he who got me back into using a safety razor). And some of his reviews are down right hilarious...

Hector, that is quite the collection of knives sir ! (y)(y) Yowza !!!

It's funny because about a year ago, I was looking for some nice
gift ideas to add into the mix for my brother. And got this same
Gerber Dime as Eric has above for him, along with a CRKT, and
Schrade that caught my eye. 🙂

It was a revelation just looking around at the different sites, and
learning about all of the different brands out there. Which by the
way, Spyderco seems like one of the coolest, and Buck as well.
Not sure I saw the other ones, so thanks for the introductions,
as well as insight !!!

And thanks for the videos ahead of time ! ;)

Nice to hear you have been bitten by the bug ;)

If I can recommend a Spyderco, the PM2 in blurple is an excellent choice. It's rather large, but the liner-lock is excellent. There is also the Spyderco Para 3 in "blurple" (both CPM S110V steel if I recall correctly) and the Para 3 is a lot smaller. You may want to look at the laws in your area, as I have heard the US can be restrictive depending on the state where you live.

Yes, it really didn't hurt too much either. 😊And you know what's really
neat Hector?! 😯Is that it's very similar in a lot of ways to watches. (y)(y)
You have these little pieces of art, countless types, companies, or brands,
as well as an ultra cool history too. Not to mention a ton of people like
yourself who are into them on forums, and everything. ;)

Want to thank you on the info on Spyderco, and those knives as well !
..And yes, you are right, I think blade size is limited here in N.J., but
that is only if you are carrying one. ..Just having them in your home,
and collecting them is fine I believe.
