Seiko has better finishing.
Seiko is more accurate. (duh)

the picture of the grand seiko in the first post appears not to actually be the SBGV007. The SBGV007 actually has the 40mm 44gS style case with polished lug tops:


I think the originally pictured GS is smaller at 38mm and has a different styled, more generic case ...
