Just recently saw this one from the Tool Watch Co. How about you?

The watch is the Arctic Explorer, and it has a 38mm anti-scratch coated
Titanium case, 200m WR, a box sapphire crystal, natural meteorite dial
meant to represent Grendlands' Hiawatha Glacier, cool hands, along with
markers, unique hunting tool seconds hand, leather straps, and stainless
steel bracelets. Not to mention the Sellita SW200 behind an eye-catching
polar bear engraved case-back also.

Some pictures for you...

W&W, and Tool Watch Co. with a bunch more...

I am not a lover of Ti, but otherwise its gorgeous. Unfortunately it is on Kickstarter, which I will have nothing to with. Pay 50% deposit on a watch that may not even end up being made, wait a further six months for it to be built, then endure the taxes and duty once delivered. Wit a bit of luck there may end being one on eBay in a year from now, then I will consider it

Not a bad looking piece, but the text on the dial is very odd in how it's arranged/positioned. Selitta SW200 needs the be on the case back only, and not on the dial, and since its a "Arctic Explorer", those 2 words shouldn't be on separate parts of the dial

Chaz, you are so right, and you know, was thinking too that each
one of the dials should be a little different also. 😮Being that it is
meteorite too. So each one will be stunning, and a one of a kind
at the same time sir. (y)

And #four, you have a fantastic eye for detail honestly.😀To tell
you the truth, I didn't even notice those details at first. But I do
see what you mean, and the watch would look even nicer with
your recommendations if I am being honest. 😉

Wiggles, and have to agree with you on the Kickstarter thing too
here. 🙂Hopefully the watch gets funded, and if people like them,
they can just find them on places like ebay. ..I don't think I even
was paying attention to these being on Kickstarter. 😊Sorry about
that. ..I just saw them, and thought I'd report on them.

Can't say enough how cool it is to have heard your thoughts on
these ones guys ! Thanks so very much for just looking !!!

The dial texture also ripples through the printed silver surrounds on the hour markers which looks cheesy to me. An applied surround sitting atop that texture would be nice.
Eric, I love the way you think :)(y)

I am actually hoping that the brand sees some of these recommendations
you guys are making on forums like this. Because I think they are really cool
cool ones, and would make the watches even nicer. 😉

Thanks a ton as always for chiming in sir !!!

I agree, I have never seen a watch with the movement printed on the dial. Jewels sure. But never the actual movement. Oh well, first time for everything. I love the titanium case, hand set and crystal. But you should never color the natural beauty of a meteorite and print way too many words on it. Let the dial speak for itself. To much going on there.

Hi guys,

thanks for posting our watch and for the comments.

We do have some updates for production.
  • Sellita SW200 will be removed from the dial - the community had a direct impact on our decision.
  • We are upgrading all lume to BGW9 Grade-A
  • All watches will include both the bracelet and the saffiano strap.
We have about 25 hours left on Kickstarter and are proceeding immediately with production as soon as the campaign ends.
If you have any questions please hit us up at [email protected]

Thanks!

And thank you just for joining up, as well as taking the time to give
an update us like this to us. 😀Can't even express how great it is
to hear a watch brand, or company listening to it's fans out there
in the watch world like this. (y)(y) Bravo !

You definitely have a winner on your hands with the Arctic Explorer
that's for sure. ..Not only is it nice, and timeless, but it's a new twist
on a classic style. Something that really stands out, but does it in
a very very cool way. Well done once again, and once again thanks
a bunch for stopping in like this. 🙂

Best wishes with everything !

I love this one. I’d like to see one a bit larger personally and I am Glad they removed the Sellita text off the dial.
I’m a fan and I’d rock one

It’ll be removed. Current pics show it removed already.

:) Brice, was thinking that you just might see a bigger version in the
future at some point for you. (y)(y) Because it sounds like the brand
really listens to it's fans, and what they enjoy. ..As you said, they did it
with that text on the dial, so a larger version could be in the cards down
the road too sir.

Fingers crossed they hear you Brice. ;)

And by the way, cannot thank you enough for giving your opinions on
these !!!
