My wife requested my Red Beans and Rice tonight for dinner....of course they'll be some grilled cajun smoked sausage with it.



Tomorrow is Mardi Gras...and I have a big dinner on tap...crab cakes...lobster and crawfish filled ravioli with a creole sauce....fresh baked french bread and some wonderful caramel bread pudding topped with a toasted pecan sauce!!!!



Yes....I know..none of this is on my diet!!!
