I'm not crazy about the concept of making resolutions...My theory is that if someone is sincere in their resolve to do something it should be something that is "worked on" everyday not a statement one day a year to do a better job, whatever that "job" is...That's why I compare it to Valentines Day...Buy your love flowers, candy, a trinket, etc.throughout the year, not just on Febuary 14...These are things that should be thought of EVERYDAY.
1) In the gym more. already there 2-3 times a week but needs to be 3-5 times a week
2) Eat better. I love and sometimes live for food (that is why I am in the gym each week, lol). I know exactly what I over eat or eat wrong and need to control it ... and will.
3) Get my finances under control and make sure day care for 2 kids and other essential bills are EASILY covered and not "barely" covered. Important one.
This year I am going to............be busy as hell getting the new business rolling.
I believe that I have pretty good perspective on things normally and do not regularly make resolutions being that if I'm not already doing it I probably will not later:b
