What I really have a hard time grasping is how STUPID people can be!

Every State's Attorney General, the F.B.I. informs you of these scams, even some police departments, the news (broadcast - print - electronic) is loaded with information regarding these scams, yet people are constantly being duped.

What are our Federal and State law enforcement officials doing about e-mail fraud?
From my cheap seats I don't see where anybody is being arrested or prosecuted.

Hard for me to believe as well that for as long as the Nigerian 419 letter scam has been around, people still fall for it.
