I think what pushed me to get one is . . . well . . . I wanted one, dammit! :)

Seriously, I feel confident that if anything goes amiss with the watch, Larry and Stuhrling will take care of it. We'll get a 3 year warranty, and if my history proves correct, I'll have upgrade to another tourbillon by then. :)

I see this piece on the wrist, rarely, and wouldn't mind if it took the 8-10 weeks for repair. :)

I like the looks, but agree that there are a wide variety of Asian Tourbillon movements and dials to choose from.

I know Stuhrling, and therefore felt comfortable giving this a try. I'm excited! :c

Those are all good reasons CT (especially the "I wanted one")......and you're right, if anything goes wrong you have the confidence that it will be handled.
Can't wait to see your pics!!
