I've been watching this baby and the forum on it all day. Not sure about it.

If it survives to showtime it will have 5 VPs and I bet a touch over $700.

Don't talk yourself into it my friend. There are many nice watches out there for $700-$1000.

If it does not sing to you you do not have to get caught up in the hype. It is a very cool watch and has a very cool movement - but it has to sing......to you.

I will probably buy the il Capo or Madman....my next big watch purchase will be a Debaufre Triton at least that is the plan.

Hot Damn! I'd like to get me one a them Tourby-thing-a-ma-jigs. Wit thattiny ole whirly-like-a-top little gizmo right smack dab in the middle. I gotta find out what kinda battery that little bugger takes. Ah kin ware it whilstI'm feedin' the chickens it might hipnatise 'em. It shore is a sparkley little thing, ain't it?

Hey, I'm silly. They do look very interesting though.

So will have to do alot better than $700 for me to buy that piece. I would though if it was waaaaaaayyyyy down. Now the new Grandeur? I'll probably get the rosetone and silvertone as well. Price is super for that time piece! Gonna be alot to choose from SO this rotation so should be interesting. JMO.

I think if you enjoy timepieces you would get a little excited at seeing a tourbillon made available by a excellent watch manufacturer. I do like the look and size of this timepiece, especially the gold tone. I wonder if Sturhling will do another Tourbillon or anothe watch company might attempt a tourbillon. ....Bob

I could say something about the Imperial Tourbillon, but I think the watch speaks for itself, yes? So all I'm going to do now is sit back and smile while you guys enjoy the show :)

I just read a post in which Larry confirmed that all 200 tourbillons are available through ShopNBC, versus the anticipated 50. :)
imported post

Oh wow, all 200 of them! Now that's news to me, too, and great news at that! I guess the angry mob will be slightly less angry when the show goes down on Tuesday night! Hm...Larry also stated that the Tourbillon is also unlocked for sale as of Saturday, so I'm not sure how many will be left for the show hahaha. I'm sure everyone can wait just a little while longer to take advantage the price for when the show is actually on, not to mention the VPs...I'm keeping my fingers crossed!
imported post

Price is currently showing at $683. wonder how lower it will go for the show when it airs?
imported post

$599 would be nice, but I wonder if we're seeing it (the OTV price) now.

VPs is what I'm waiting for. :)
imported post

that might be the OTV price. I guess we will find out in a few hours. how much lower could it actually go??

I'm starting to crawl "back on" the fence for this watch. I was a complete "go" until I woke this morning and one of the first thoughts rushing through my head is "why am I spending my Breitling $$$ on this watch?" :)

Now I get to play "head games" until tonight! :lol
imported post

well I did not know you were lusting a Breitling. There would be no question what I would do with that $500+, but that is up to you. I know you love "movements" and this might be a really inexpensive chance to get a tourbillion movement.
imported post

Just an fyi.....this bad boy is coming in for under $700....check it out.....

I thought about picking up this piece, but in the end decided against it. I think the asian tourbillon watches will become more common in the next year. this model did really not appeal to me. I have been looking at the vendors on asainsources.com, and there are hundreds of models in the pipeline.

That is nice but still too pricey for me. I'm lucky my wife lets me buy a 300 dollar watch.
