Sold-SEIKO 2nd GEN ORANGE MONSTER ON BRACELET
I bought this watch new about a year ago, and truth be told, it never grew on me. I LOVE the movement in it, and I have the same movement in 4 other watches, its that good. It just doesn't get wrist time, I found the style wasn't for me. I may have worn it 4 -5 times. Otherwise it sat in its box on a pillow.
The movement is the newest 4r36 automatic Seiko movement. It hacks and hand winds on top of automatic winding. It keeps great time, all the quick sets work fine. The Seiko lume is STRONG, probably the best lume I have ever seen.
The watch has very small and minor scratches on it, mostly just on the bracelet. Most are hard to see. I am a very picky watch collector, I don't even wear my watches if I sweat. I will actually take off my good automatics to wear a tool watch like a Casio if I think I will sweat, work, or be in the rain at all.
The crystal has no scratches at all.
The bracelet has all of its links, and its the model with the much prized scuba expansion link which opens up and adds about 1/2 an inch to the over all bracelet size. It EASILY fits my 8.25 inch wrist, I even had to use the micro adjuster on the clasp and tighten it up some !
The bracelet and watch are clean. I always wipe down my watches after use. I hate smutz !
Its a well made, fairly heavy watch. It measures 45x47mm including crown. The bezel rotates firmly and well as it should. The crown screws down fully as it should.
Comes with Seiko gift box, pillow, and warranty instruction book.
Asking $159.00 or best offer. Understand, I am not in a hurry to sell this watch. I thought I would try to make back some money, as this past weekend I bought a grail watch for more than I thought I would have to spend. I have been keeping this watch for a possible custom mod I have been dreaming up.
I take paypal ONLY. The $159.00 is net to me, and that is shipping included. You won't likely find a better offer. I WILL politely ignore low ballers.
I MIGHT take a trade for this watch if the value is the same, or I like the watch offered. I really would prefer the cash, but who knows, it doesn't hurt to try. I trade only with those that I can find trade feedback on. PM for info or details.
