Slow Cooker Chocolate Bread Pudding[/b]
1 loaf Tuscan Boule Bread cut into cubes (you can use other crusty bread)
4 Eggs
½ cup sugar
4 Cups Milk
8oz Hersey’s Special Dark Chocolate
½ sliced or slivered almonds
2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tsp. Cinnamon
Pinch salt
Spray liner lightly with non-stick spray
Layer ½ bread cubes, ½ chocolate, ½ almonds
Repeat with remaining bread, chocolate and almonds
In a large bowl mix eggs, milk, vanilla, salt, cinnamon and sugar
Pour liquid mixture over bread layers
Cook on low for 6-8 hours
Serve warm or cold.
