This watch never really appealed that much to me, looks very generic in photos.

Started reading some reviews on it, like on Amazon it has almost a 100% rating. Monochrome had the reviewer ending the review by saying he wished he had never seen the watch, since it now gets all the wrist time over his Rolexes, Omegas and Panerais.

Another guy on a Youtube video shows this watch side by side with his solid gold Rolex day/date and states the Shogun now is his top watch.

Well, I dropped the hammer today, and Amazon Prime will deliver the watch to me tomorrow, only question is, will it fit my 8" wrist??

I have owed a couple of Citizen Super Titanium watches before and loved how they were virtually scratch proof, the only thing lacking with them was the clear dials due to the Eco-drive requiring the light to enter the watch.

Very nice. Always liked this watch, but afraid it's too large for my 7" wrist with 51mm lug length.

I've owned one in the past and it's a great watch. Fairly scratch resistant. Super light weight, which can also be a drawback. I prefer a bit of weight to mine. Nice pickup.

Well I have had it for about 7 hours now, and your bet on the Eterna Kon Tiki is a winner! My Kon Tiki, my LLD, and my Steinhart Smurf have nothing to fear!

The Shogun is a nice light weight watch, but the bracelet feels weird and tight on my wrist even while it's sized right.

I'm going to give it another day or two and see how much an extra link costs and how much of a hassle it will be to get it.

Right now it's 50/50 it's going back to Amazon.

Here's a photo of the watch with a thick pen stuck between my wrist and the watch, my usual sizing for bracelets.

Wore it out tonight for dinner and didn't start bothering me until my wrist started swelling up a tad towards the end of the night, it is pretty comfortable, although not as comfortable as my Kon Tiki,

Accuracy wise, it is running dead on, that's scary since when most watches settle in and go slow.

Update, 24 hrs. accuracy check, now running at +4 which is very, very good.

Still undecided, waiting the Japanese Dealer to get back to me about an extra link, no link, it goes back!
