Just wanted to pass on my personal experience with Paul Scurfield @ Scurfa Watches.

I have 2 Scurfa watches. Both were bought used.

My son borrowed my Scurfa Diver One Silicon to use while on a holiday in Florida.
While swimming in the heavy surf he noticed the bezel insert had come off.

When he returned the watch I immediately emailed Paul and without hesitation he informed
me that a new bezel insert would be on it's way to me. No charge to me whatsoever.

The new bezel insert arrived and is now installed.
Good as new.

This is the kind of CS that we all hope and wish for when we buy a watch.
This is the kind of CS Scurfa Watches provides it's customers.

Thanks again Paul you certainly know how to treat your customers.
I look forward to adding your new Bell Diver to my collection.

This kind of CS sadly, is few and far between. But it's out there. Good to know.

Thanks Zed, for keeping us in the loop. Word of mouth is a powerful thing.

Now I'm going to take a look at Scurfa watches myself.

Personally I think Scurfa doesn't get as much credit as they deserve. Some people frown on them being quartz, but he is coming out with an auto. Personally, for about $200 with all the specs offered, it's a bargain. Had my Diver One One Silicon II for a year now and it's not going anywhere.
