So on Saturday I get this email titled "Rolex" from the AD I bought my Tudor Black Bay 58 from:

"Hi Truetone,

It’s X.... from XXXX Jeweler. Give me a call at the store.
I have a watch for you"

So I call the AD and the watch it turns out is an Oyster Perpetual 41mm in Bright Blue. I tell the AD,I will pass because I wanted a Crimson Red.

Today I get another email titled "Last Chance on Rolex"

"Hello Truetone,

I am giving you one last shot at the 41 Oyster Perpetual,
Very hard watch to get. Its worth double.
Crazy to pass.

https://www.rolex.com/watches/oyster...4300-0003.html

Well she twisted my arm so I to bought it.

Did they grab you by the ankles, turn you upside down to shake every nickel out of your pockets for it? 😄😄

I am a sucker for a blue dial, so nice looking piece!

Congrats on the new watch!

It's odd they did a pressure sales tactic on you. Reading on other watch forums, one cannot find any type of stainless Rolex these days.

😄😀Luckily they didn’t have to twist your arm to badly
True. Because you’re going to have to have a nice healthy
wrist to enjoy this head turner on right?! 😁(y)(y)

Seriously though, it’s almost like you one the lottery having
a chance to pick one of these up, and I know you wanted the
red. However, the blue rocks too ! And blue in general is just epic
on watches, so can imagine this will be extra special. Yowza,
insanely cool news ! A HUMONGOUS congrats ahead of time
here !!!

Thanks guys! The funny thing is before I got the 2nd email I almost bought a vintage 1954 OP at another Rolex AD before realizing I didn't have my credit card! I had left it at a restaurant where I ate brunch with my son on Sunday.I had actually planned to get get my card back before I went to that Rolex AD but I ended up going there first because they opened at 10 AM and the restaurant. Didn't open till 11:00. It was so embarrassing. It a cool watch and an actually looks much nicer in person.Still I would rather have a new Rolex than a vintage one.

You are very welcome sir, and by the way, I’m so happy
you found the credit card. Wow ! (y)(y)

Speaking of wow, this new Oyster Perpetual has the Wow
factor here ! o_O:) Am imagining what it will be like when
you pick it up. :D ..Oh, and that vintage is a stunner as well !
And you can always get it down the road, or one that is at
least like it sir.

It's amazing how 34mm sounds so small at first, and compared to 41mm
I guess it IS a big difference. But don't forget, with the crown, it's probably
a solid 36mm. 😀

Holy cow, and this blue is something in that video by the way ! 😯😵
It's going to be sensational in person I think ! ..THX for the neat look at
it True !!!

Boy oh boy, you weren't kidding, there was a lot, and I don't think I
knew most of it. 😊It looks like these new ones have a ton of the
feel of the classic, or classics. However, it feels like these latest
versions are almost in high def, or something. 😮🥇🏆The hands,
along with markers nearly leap right off that silky blue dial. Honestly
is stunning, and you know it will fit like a glove also. 😎

Hey, and it will be fun seeing how accurate the watch is next to the
rest of your watches in your collection. That will be a lot of fun to see,
or hear about. Oh, and yeah, this lume rocks too True ! ..The entire
watch does, or will I mean. 😉

Thanks Tom. I guess Bright Blue is the second most popular color. Love the Turquoise but AD told me it would take at least 3 years to get one.

Don’t mention it sir. 😉 And the light blue IS nice, but
to be honest, your blue might just be more timeless in
the end, and not be dated. Or part of a trend like the
lighter blue might end up being. (y)

Ooh wow yeah, you’re right ! o_O ;) You really get a
feel for how many special effects this dial is capable of. 😯
It’s like ILM made a watch ! 😀😎 With there being multiple
dials, or blues within this one here True. Remarkable sir !
It’s going to be spectacular !

Thanks a ton for the video True !!!

That is sweet True, yowza, would you look at this ! 👀😲

Check out how in each photo the blue actually looks
like a different blue each time. 😎😀 In the first It looks
like a hypnotic royal blue with the Sunday really putting
on a show as well. Then in the second pic it moths into
more of a navy blue with some lighter blue epupting
from the sides. Both are stunning, but then next there’s
an epic silver, almost slate blue to close things out !

Boy oh boy, and that’s just the dial sir. 😄 We can’t
forget masterpiece of a case, bracelet, and movement
inside ! You must be on cloud 9 sir. A BIG Baby Blue
congratulations !!!
