Heres just a quick hint on adding a little something different to your roasted chicken.When you are seasoning your bird add some cinnimon or allspice to the inside and the skin of yourbird.Not only does it act as a nice aromatic it adds a nice flavor to the bird as well.My kids and i always enjoyed it.
