To be honest, my days of celebrating my birthday are all but over. To take my daughter and son in law out to dinner and drinks would have been a great gift but alas, that was not to be. And that sucks. I had one request for my birthday and that was pancakes for breakfast (the Dutch variety). And Anne used to make them for me every year.

Not sure I have ever had the Dutch variety Frans, but am sure I
would love them. And can imagine Anne made the best ones !

In any case, I hope you get to see your daughter, and son in law
