A creative weave of bacon and Boar’s Head Deluxe Ham is wrapped around a mixture of our house-made sausage, cheddar cheese, roasted jalapenos and more bacon. Then a dusting of BBQ Seasoning and into the smoker to be slow smoked and sauced with our own BBQ sauce.

One of my after after retirement jobs was working for my son's
mother in law who owned a grille.
Each day I'd come in and fry 250 bacon strips for BLT's and Bacon
burgers. Then grind up the unfried bacon strips for bacon bits for
salads. I've seen my share of bacon!!!
During the CW troops heading to the front lines fried their bacon
at the base of the US Capitol bldg. Bacon was salted and kept the
best. There were no messhalls then. Each soldier was his own Chef.
