Ingredients:

  1. 1 pound pack of ground chicken.
  2. 1 12 ounce bag of frozen stir-fry vegetables.
  3. 1 10 ounce bag frozen brown rice.
  4. Can Campbell's Cream of Celery soup.
  5. Pouch of chicken gravy mix (makes 1 cup)
  6. 3-9 Tbs Curry powder. (3-9 depending on how much you like Curry, try 3 if first time)
  7. 3 Tbs each of dried chives, parsley, and celery.
  8. 1 tsp black pepper.
Brown you ground chicken thoroughly in a small amount of EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) or Canola oil add pepper here. Cook until nicely browned to taste DO NOT SALT!

If oily, drain meat, return to pot and add chicken gravy (thoroughly mix with cold water as per directions on packet first), add the Campbell's cream of celery soup (do not dilute)

Stir well, add dried herbs and curry powder. Stir well bring to boil stirring o'constantly.

Add frozen vegetables, lower heat to low and simmer 30 minutes stirring frequently.

Heat frozen rice in microwave according to directions and add to pot.

Stir all well and serve while hot & bubbly.

Serve with small tossed salad and flat breads for full family meal.

Takes virtually no prep time and is ready to eat in under an hour.
