Keep the ISO at 200 or less. Use a timer if available. Have the camera on a fixed position; ie tripod, stack of books, whatever. Line up the shot, hit the watch with some light, press the button and let the timer do the work. If you have a manual setting, set the exposure to less than 1 sec.

The fixed position and timer are your best bet for a sharp shot.
