Well it came yesterday, the Orient Mako XL with orange bezel. Loved the look and size of it from the second I opened the packaging. Didn’t care for the bracelet, with it’s flimsy hollow end links and cheapo clasp.
In less then 10 minutes I removed the bracelet and threw on this Staib Mesh, now it looks outstanding. The color and tone of the orange bezel is absolutely perfect!

This watch wears a lot smaller then it’s 44mm case would suggest, and is very, very comfortable and hugs your wrist very well and rides low on the wrist

For $142 delivered, it’s the best looking beater watch I have ever owned., that is if you drop it on a $125. Staib mesh bracelet.. Still for around $260 total outlay, it’s outstanding.

Congratulations Chazman ! Holy cowza !!! :smileyface_hand_cla The watch itself couldn't be nicer with the stunning orange on the bezel, as well as ultra cool markers, and hands. Then somehow the watch becomes even more unforgettable with this mesh. Man oh man, check out how it sets off the curves of the case more, and even hands, and markers. Amazing ! Wow, enjoy Chazman !

UPDATE to my initial review of the watch. It is a keeper with the beautiful bezel, have had it in the pool 5 days in a row, no problems.

Since the watch doesn't hack the closest I could set it to was 33 seconds fast to official time.

After 5 days it is now 29 seconds fast, so it has lost less then one second a day in the last 5 days. Outstanding for a $142 mechanical.

Only disappointment is the lume, which is just about non-existent
