My MM is 44mm but ends up being about 49mm with the crown.

Also, what is the ballpark $$ on this monster?

You get what you pay for!

Beautiful watch!

The movement in this watch is far superior to many!

60mm is too massive for me, and the $28K is a bit too much.

I will own a Panerai, but not this one. :)

Thats true I get extreme pleasure out of a $600.00 SAS, and I get extreme pleasure Knowing I dont have to spend a boat load of money on a watch to get that feeling.

Hey if people want to buy a high dollar watch to make them feel good so be it. Buy it I say, it just reminds me of the little man with a big truck though!

I tried the SAS 5 times. No pleasure in it, at all (except when I got my money back from ShopNBC)! :madd

Breitling is next!

BTW: I just checked with the GF and this guy's "truck" is just fine. :t

congrats on the 600 posts CT.

And what is wrong with $28,000. If it is good enough for ROCKY and RAMBO and JUDGE DREDD, then it is good enough for me, lol

Thanks! :)

I couldn't see myself spending $28K on a watch! I just couldn't do it. It might be worth every penny (arguably, not), but just the principle of that kind of money on a watch with my current income. :madd

However, I think that Panerai watches are gorgeous!:b

I agree wit ya CT....for me the SAS did nothing for me...thats why its up for sale...just a waste of money for me....I think its more then just high dollar spent on luxury watches. Quality comes along with it...Me personally 28k is a bit much for a watch but if you can afford it well by all means pull the trigger. Panerai 297 is next up for me.
