Usually, either on the manufacturer website or somewhere online, I can find out what the watch manufacturer does to the base movement, but I can't find anything about the 751.

What does Oris actually do to the 200-1 to call it 751? Do they change anything?

They replaced the date wheel and of course the rotor. That's about it as far as I know.
