for at least a year. Got the TTV Russian Diver in black. I've been wanting an RD and I don't have a GMT watch so this was a perfect fit for me. I love the CF dial, will be my third CF dial watch. The only reason I got this watch is that I had the money saved for a diff. watch and it was priced higher than I could afford so when these were released I had to have one.

The reason it will be my last is because my wife is getting ready for a stem cell transplant and has been out of work since the first of the yr. All of our money will be going towards med. bills, keeping the house and vehicles paid up, plus the possiblity that we will have to relocate to Portland to be closer to the hospital once my wife is released from the hospital. We have to be within 30 mins. of them for the first 30 to 45 days. She was diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma in Dec. '08 and has been through two diff. chemo rounds, the last one ended last month. I will still be here, just not as active.

My prayers are with you and your wife, hope the treatment goes well.

Congrats on snagging the RD, that was a great deal on that watch. If you have a small enough wrist to wear it, those quinotaurs are great.

My prayers go out to you and your wife. I hope that all the treatments will kick the cancer my friend. As for the watch I think that is a great watch. I saw the OTV last night and actually liked the CF dial. Enjoy it and keep us all updated on your wifes condition.

First off - I hope everything goes well with your wife. That is obviously the most important thing.

Next - congrats on the new watch. How many watches do you have now Thunder?
Thanks for all the well wishes everyone, we are keeping a positive attitude and that goes a long way.

The new watch will make 11 total, but then I only have two wrists, lol. I will still be on here from time to time, just going to be real busy with work and caring for my wife so the time will be limited.
