Very cool thread.

In the 1970 John Wayne movie Chisum (about the Lincoln County, NM cattle war) Pat Garrett is playing poker and Billy "The Kid" Bonnie is waiting to see if Garrett is going to come with him and a group of men on a trip to get supplies. Garrett tells Bonnie that his answer depends upon the card he is about to draw. When the card does not improve his hand, Garrett throws down his cards to fold his hand and says, "Big casino" (an antiquated reference to the he fact that the house always wins). As Garrett and Bonnie leave the saloon Bonnie says, " It's nice to have you with us Big Casino!" To which Garrett replies, "Thanks, Little Casino."

It has been documented that before Garrrett became a lawman he and Bonnnie were friends and that they in fact often referred to each other as Big Casino and Little Casino.

One Saturday morning when my son was about 5 years old he and I watched Chisum together as he sat in my lap. Ever since watching that movie together my I have been Big Casino and he has been Little Casino and I have been using "bigcasino" as my screen name. My real name is. Glenn.

Enrico is a nickname, Sonic came from working with sound gear with the added layer that I was also a Seattle Supersonics fan before our team was hi-jacked.

In real life, I'm Eric.

People have been calling me gman off & on since I was in the Marines. For me:
g - 1st initial, for Gary
man - I'm an adult male
66 - the year I graduated high school, and the most memorable year of my life.
gman66 :)

I'm Corey.

Zaskar36 because my beloved mountain bike from the 90s (that now just hangs on my garage wall due to having 4 kids) is a GT Zaskar and 36 because my initials are the 3rd and 6th letter in the alphabet.

And my icon and sig are from one of my favorite movies as a kid growing up as a video gamer, which led to a career in the video game industry, The Last Star Fighter. Although I don't have much time to mountain bike these days, I still find time to play games and I still work in the game industry.

My username is an homage to one of my favorite guilty pleasure movies, Highlander (1986). Specifically, the character played by Sean Connery:

In the real world, people usually call me Ed, named after an Uncle who was a Master Sergeant in the US Army, NOT this guy:

As is probably obvious to some, ac7ss is a ham radio call sign. I use it as an username because it is short, unique and never already taken.
Real name is Glenn, but also go by SJ.
