While the wife’s out of town the Chazman gets to play!

Second pick up in a week. 1st the Citizen Promaster, now this beauty arrived today, and what a beauty she is. Hard to believe it’s only a couple of hundred bucks.

Seiko Men's SSC017 Solar Dive Stainless Steel Dive Watch Chronograph

Case 43mm

Lug width 20mm

Solar Quartz

200m WR Screw down crown, screw down pushers.

Hardlex crystal.

This baby is big and heavy and the case seems like it was made for a Valjoux 7750 mechanical movement more then a quartz one.

Didn’t care for the blingy looking polished linked OEM bracelet, with it‘s hollow end links, so I immediately threw it on mesh, WOW! Also like how they changed the dial and put the Prospex X on it and moved the solar to a more nondescript location in one of the sub dials. It looks cleaner. I think I just may like this one more then the Prommaster I just picked up!

Beautiful pickup! Glad you also replaced the bracelet with a mesh as it looks better that way IMO. Congrats!

Awesome get Chazman ! Man oh man, these are mean, and look even meaner now with that 'X' you mentioned !  Just the whole vibe with the style, size, and accent colors works on every level. Then the solar thing will be cool for you too with not having to worry about winding it. :) It's really too cool sir ! Especially on the mesh !!! Looks phenomenal ! Giant congratulations !

These look great bead blasted.
I agree, but don't care for a bead blasted look, although a brushed finish would be a lot better, it is rather blingy being all polished.

Still in all, this is a hell of a watch for $200. ISO certified and all.

Nice watch for the price. They work nice on NATO straps

That does look sharp, turns it into a tool Diver/Chronograph.

Where did you get the bead blasting done, and how much did it cost?
