Just received this the other day....My 1st PVD model, thought I would try one. As it is not DLC, I removed the bracelet to preserve it and threw it on a distressed leather strap with a PVD buckel I picked up at Panatime.

Great piece! That is a chunky watch.

Yes, absolutely yes! And that comes from a man who is not fond of PVD coated watches.

I have several black PVD coated watches
One I own (brand name omitted) is powered by the Citizen Miyota OS10
movement. PVD coating (despite claims it wouldn't)PVD degraded. And it
was "coated at the molecular level" said the company's Brand Mgr Mike D.

It's only saving grace is it's kick butt accuracy!
