Hi all, well it is here, the last week of the regular season. I hope your favorite team is going to be in the playoffs. Let's start with my Bears. They are going to Detroit in a meaningless game but I will take the Bears. I will take the Bills over the Colts, I was hoping to see an 18-0 team go to the Super Bowl but not this season. I will pick the Jaguars over the Browns, the Fourty Niners to win big over the Rams, I pick the Steelers to win in Miami against the Dolphins. The Vikings over the Giants. My longshot pick, the Bucs at home to beat the Falcons. The Panthers to beat the Saints, The Patriots to beat the Texans in Houston. The game of the day will be the Eaglesplaying inDallas, The Eagles will win in a very tough game. The Broncos over the Chiefs, The Ravens over the Raiders in Oakland. The Packers to win in Arizona against the Cardinals. This should be a very good game. The Tiatans over the Seahawks, The Chargers beating the Redskins. The Bengals to beat the Jets in New York. This is what I think! Now, what do you think? Let's talk some football! ....Bob

Morning Bob,

Only two games of interest to me this weekend;

Bengals vs. Jets

I think the Bengals rest many starters and the Jets pull this one out in a cold weather game in NY.

Eagles vs. Cowboys

I like the Eagles in this game. They are playing good football late in the season and I think they will throw Romo off his game and win a close one.

Packers take the week off and rest their starters getting ready for the playoffs as do the Cardinals.

Two outcomes that I'm interested in . . .

The Steelers (and all associated games) . . .

I hope the Steelers win (however, it might not be enough to get in the playoffs). So, I'm rooting for a bunch of other teams to win and lose and none of it will work out because there are candy-a$$ teams that are sitting their million dollar players on the bench this week. How lame can you get! :t

Also . . . Go Cowboys (for my Sister)!

Go Eagles
Go Cardinals
Go Dolphins
Go Giants
Go Texans
Go Jaguars, have them in a fantasy elimination contest.

All other games could not care about, let the axe fall tomorrow for head coaching terminations.

Hoping for wins for the following:

The Packers [obviously]

and also the Bills, Jags, Dolphins, Texans, Giants, Panthers, Eagles and the Jets!

Should be interesting!

I wish I could be as gracious as Bob is when he talks football...Unfortunately, I'm the extreme opposite...I talk what some call smack & I don't have a problem making negative statements about the other teams...None of you woulda guessed that, right..

Talk smack all you want, cuss and swear, you are the moderator. but the Steelers, when they have Troy Polamalu, its a different Defense, that guy is the best, when he is on the field.

Agree'd

I have never in all my years playing, and watching have I seen a NFL team be so different without 1 man on the field. I compare this to the bulls when Micheal Jordan would miss a game. Troy is a Stallion and the deffensive leader, that makes the #1 rated D in the NFL last year go!

All the more reason NOT to...I wouldn't be a very good Mod if my motto was, "Do asI say, not as I do".

I tell you what Ron, im a huge Longhhorns fan but, USC with TP on the field VY would have been in some serious trouble, ESPN says the 2005 Trojans were the best, but i disagree, the 2004 USC Trojans were and i watch that AZZ whuppin they put on Oklahoma at least once a month, LOL !!!!!

Hi Marc, I agree. I just do not like seeing a team rest their best players. Best teams win and have the depth to do so. Coach Smith wastaking the Bearsinto the playoffs his first year in Chicago. The Coach sat his starters and it tore their hearts out. They lost in their playoff game. I will stick with my Packer pick. I will pick the Pack to win two in a row! ....Bob

Go Packers!

I know a lot of things have to happen for your Steelers to make the playoffs. Let's see what how things shake out. Cross your fingers and toes and be careful eating a snack!!!

Go Steelers!

Hi Duchess, you are always gracious. You just happen to tell it like it is! I like that! Good luck to the Eagles in the playoffs. ....Bob

Troy Polamalu is probably the fastest defense player in the league. I think the outcome might have been different when the Bears beat the Steelers, if Palamalu was in that game. He will be one of the best if he canstay healthy. ....Bob
