just joining this forum, glad to be among other watch nuts.

as an intro, I just got into the Seiko world. Started last month when I bought my son a Prospex Diver for Christmas....forced me to go back the next day and buy the "Emperor Tuna" auto sitting next to it in the display...ugh didn't end there... after falling in the Asian rabbit hole I just "went to look" at the new Prospex LX series the local AD had in stock....walked out with the new Black GMT Spring Drive... wow.....what an excellent execution of watch art...it has to be worn to appreciate the wrist feel... and that smooth seconds hand.... mesmerizing! spent my toy budget for 2020 and its still a week and a half away....

Pete:
I see mo hope for you. You are as addicted to watches as the rest of our
merry group.
Cept in my case. I have a double whammy. Besides being a Watch Freek
I'm also G A S (Guitar Acquisition Sndrome) afflicted.
Instead of buying a Hammy I'm gaa gaa over I bought a new dreadnoght
guitar from Sweetwater Guitars in Indiana. THe Devil made me do it!!!!

Lou Snutt.

BTW did I tell ya, welcome to the addiction?

Welcome to the forum. Your son'll be very pleased. Have you considered upgrading your boys Prosper? Just curious.

Just is the best hearing all of this Pete, and how it's
really just the beginning for you. :clap2: ..Holy cow, and
what a start for you also there !

I mean the regular Prospexes, and Tuna are off the
charts cool, but then the Spring Drive takes it up a
whole new bunch of levels !

Very happy you, and your son are getting into watches,
and am so glad you found us. Welcome !
