Is it just the inner chapter ring that is blue or is it the entire dial?

Really liking this one Mike ! :smileyface_hand_cla The look is still classic, but brings in a little of that 60's, 70's funk too. Am wondering if this is going to be the beginning of seeing even a few more variations added now. Would be neat if they added a new version every once in a while, all while keeping the original available for people.
