I had an impromptu meeting with the Vice President of MG today, let me know if you have any specific questions that you would like me to ask him? I can tell you that they plan on adding 40 more retail doors in the US this year.

I read that more and more manufacturers were openinig up their own retail stores. I guess by cutting out the middleman (authorized dealers) they can be more competitive. I would like to know where they plan to open in the US.

Sorry, maybe I was not clear. They are not going to open stores they are going into existing retail jewelers. I will ask what area's they want to move into.

Just the same, I would still like to see these up close. There's one "high end" dealer close by. One of these days when I'm by myself, without my girlfriend, I'm going to have to stop in. I know the carry Breitling, Franck Muller and others. Not sure if they have Muhle Glashutte though. Probably.

When I'm with her and want to go in she's like "Oh no you don't, do not even think about it." LOL
