Yesterday, I went on a errand for my cousin in serach for some additional links for a Tag Heuer he just got, to my surprise, Tag just opened a new store less than 10 minutes from my house, pretty cool right? As I made my way to the Tag store I was surprised to walk by the Rolex Boutique and the Omega Boutique, and then I walked in to a courtyard where the following brands had set up shop........

Harry Winston
Hublot
IWC Schaffhausen
Jaeger-LeCoultre
Panerai
Piaget
Parmigiani Fleurier
Vacheron Constantin
Tag Heuer
Tourbillon

like any other watch freek I almost passed out I didn't know where to go, its like a 2 floor food court with only watch stores in it:clapping-hands-abov
and they're not even done! more brands are scheduled to set up shop there! if you are ever in Miami or are a local you have to check this place out! now I really have to save up some cash for my next purchase!

"Like any other" Boutique Row they are good for complimentary cafe lattes, an occasional glass of champagne with fresh strawberries, attend new watch unveiling events and window shopping.......and unless you are very rich , pretend to be one for a day, or enjoy "passing out" glancing at the prices? nothing else ;)

Well, I wouldn't mind a "row" somewhere near me. On second thought, it would be dangerous! I own a few from these manufacturers & don't consider myself "very rich". I do choose to pass on things that many consider routine so I may enjoy a few "high end" pieces. I have had to travel a fair bit (or even fly) to have all the shops side by each. Great convenience IMO.

I owned and still own some from these manufacturers as well, like you not rich.....just that "Boutiques" are not really a sensible place to buy a decent watch, stand alone or in a "row"....period ;)
