Just stumbled on this, or these new divers everyone. Actually saw them
over at Long Island Watch first guys.

It's Messerschmitt's new Retro Diver. Which looks to come in three versions.
With either brown, or black leather straps, and even a mesh bracelet. But
then you have these really cool looking 43mm sandblasted stainless steel
cases, 100m WR, mineral crystals, uni-directional rotating bezels, and Ronda
705 quartz movement.

Have a couple pictures here...

Messerschmitt, and Long Island Watch also for you...

Case shape and screwheads really let this one down. Like the handset, dial and bezel. Price is a little high for a Ronda 705. A 515 would be worth it. A 515.24 (GMT) would be even better. But I'll be taking a pass on this one.

Oh man, thought you guys would like this one ! :eek3: :) Kind of feels like an
unreleased prototype of some kind from years back, or something. With this
familiar, yet somehow unfamiliar feel all at once. ..Would have really been
neat with an automatic I was thinking too. But other than that, thought is
was cool.

We are going to just have to agree to disagree on this one ! :bounce:

Thanks a ton for your thoughts guys !!!

If you have to use (purely decorative) screws, use nice hex screws. Not the kind that is used on plastic toys.
