Wow, does this bring back memories!

For many years, my little brother and I had a tradition of sleeping over at our grandma's house on Friday nights. My brother would usually fall asleep on the pullout couch by the time Johnny Carson came on, but I just loved staying up late like that with Grandma watching TV. She just loved Johnny and Ed!

And even though it was late at night, it was either clean for a kid to watch, or the jokes were delivered with such subtlety and cleverness that they sailed right over my head. What a classy guy. And who can forget the signature golf swing?

Gosh, I'd love to relive those good ole days!

Thanks for posting, AtomicTom!

I was always intrigued by those colorful curtains Johnny came through each night, wondering what it looked like back there.

Since we're WatchFreeks, I wonder what kind of watch that is on his wrist in my above post. It's a blurry photo, but it seems to be rectangular. Maybe a Reverso????

Envelope is opened
