I ALSO HAVE THE 1000M ONLY WITH A BLACK DIAL I CALLED STAN DIRECT AND BECAUSE OF BEING A WF HE GAVE ME A DISCOUNT SO I BYPASSED SHOP.

I am sure you know this, but there is a 2mm size difference between these two watches (the GSAR is 42mm)...just wanted to pass that along since size may be an issue.

I like that the deep blue has a tube on the second hand also. I'm liking the black dial with the blue minute markers.
