Nice Frans, holy cow that looks just incredible ! (y)🤯I always wonder how
the bread gets the rustic look like this to tell the truth. I mean the crust and
how it looks is remarkable really. 😀First you have the color which is pure
perfection in it's golden brown hue. But then you have the texture as well
which looks like it could have been baked in some artisan bakery. 😉I have
to say it is beautiful sir ! And I am wondering how long something like this
takes to make. Oh and does it have raisins in it too?

We had gotten one at the store for St. Patrick's Day a couple weeks back
that looked not even half as nice as this Frans. So I am imagining that this
must have been another wonderful treat. 🙂..Thank you so so much for
bringing us into your kitchen like this !!!

Thank you my friend. No, this is the traditional one. With raisins (and butter) is the 'luxury American' version ;). This is by far the simplest and quickest bread to make, with only four ingredients and 45 minute baking time. The crust is incredibly crunchy and the inside fluffy. It only lacks the delicious smell of bread leavened with yeast. It only needs a generous spread of salted butter and you're all set!
