Thin sheets of coffee cup foam type material glued together and compartments carved out with a knife by hand is how it looks.

The watch band is without a doubt the nicest watchband I have ever seen, but it does not work for large wrists. My 10.25" wrist does not work on this watch.

Gee Gary. With all due respect. What band DOES work on a 10.25 in. wrist ? Nothing I own.:lol

I hear you. I always (99% of the time) have to order links. But the Venom has a band that comes straight down and adding links makes the band larger, but in an oval not round. The oval would work if I were to wear the watch on the side of my wrist with 4 more links, but I do not fancy that.
