Hi Guys..

I finally managed to get a couple of pictures of my Invicta Mechanical Chronograph...Two Tone Gold and Blue dial, gold bracelet.

It's my first Mechanical Chronograph, and I am really excited to have one in my collection now.

Very nice. I have heard good things about those Sea Gull movements. Keep us posted on how it runs.

Yep - DatZ a REAL Beauty ...
... and, if my research is correct, ...
...
... it's a dead ringer for the old VENUS Chrono's ...
... since Sea-Gull bought ALL their machinery ...
... when they went backrupt! - d'oh! ...

BTW, some have reported that the ST19xx's are true column-wheel chrono's ...
... but, IMHO, they're the 'easier-to-make' lever chrono - like the 7750!

STILL! - I DO have to admit that the your Invicta 'Swiss ebauche' ...
... looks ALMOST identical to the VENUS-175 ...
... that Jacques Etoile JUST 'resurrected' in their new $7500 VENUS MAXIMUS chrono! ...

DOES ANYONE know IF this IS a true "Column-Wheel" ... Anyone? ... Bueller? - Ferris Bueller??

And, finally, for your edification and enlightenment ...
... a knowledgeable source ('gigfy' on WTF) reported that ...

He said that the movement is assembled in Korea. Invicta outsources some labor from Seagull employees and also source some parts from Seagull. The assembly is managed by a team of Swiss watchmakers.

He also indicated that they are seeing better performance from their movements and are able to extend this value to the customer."

... but I digress! :bhh

Watch Crazy....thanks for all of the info!!! I really appreciate it. The watch runs like a freaking dream. I have given it a full winding and it's gone 36 hours...and talk about accurate. After a full winding and setting, I checked it after 18 hours...lost a mere 3 seconds, and it stayed that way for another 6 hours. So it lost 3 seconds after 24 hours, and then I wound it again ( at 10 pm last night), and it is still just 3 seconds off.
