Agreed! A very nice looking watch.. I don't think it's gold though (their website says Stainless). It might just be the lighting being reflected giving it a gold-ish hue.

Their website calls it "gradient" or "shading", industry usually calls it Fumée or Gradient.

My Mühle Glashütte Lunova is similar...

I was just having some fun with the Baumes & Merciers initials and the name of the watch but the watch is very nice. I like the handset and the case which are similar to my Jeager LeCoultre and I wonder since they are both under the Richmond group if it has anything to do with the design language

Well, designs do filter down within companies, so maybe ?
