How many watches are in your personal collection?

I have stayed in the 10-20 range for a while, and probably see myself going up from there, but ONLY with watches I am actually going to wear on a regular basis.

I have the perfect amount for me at this time 60! I will always rotate out the old with the new. When ever I get in a new batch I sell the same amount.

I'm sitting at 35 right now. I'm thinking the same thing as others. I won't buy any new watches until I sell some older ones that aren't being worn.

As many as 60 earlier this year but whittled down to 40 as of late. I am liking the 40 range but not dead set on it.

I have not thought about a limit or what is the proper amount for my lifestyle. I only know that if I like it I buy it. Most of the time I will buy more than one in a style. Usually Rose tone on Black and Silver on Black cases. Dial and hands go all different ways. A Chronograph will always be #1 choice over most movements. I like to see the hands do their thing.

As of this morning . . . I have 13. Not "collecting" anymore, but rather acquiring a few high end pieces and some daily wear watches.

However, I'm possibly getting getting ready to do a 2 for 1 trade, so I'll be down to 12 timepieces.

My goal is to be somewhere around 6-8 pieces.

Well, I don't have as many as I used to because I'm selling some off to get my grail. Now I'm between 10 and 20. Someday I'll get the number up again!

When I have around 15 to 20 nice pieces I'll be happy. I have around 12 keepers at the moment and about 8 or so I'll be selling and giving away.

Some of my watches I'll be selling off as they are never worn anymore. This will go towards funding some servicing and mods to watches I already have. My next purchase will probably not be at least 'til q2 next year unless a killer deal comes along.

LOL . . . If this trade goes through, I am probably done with trades (for now).

I might snag the Stuhrling tourbillon, Tuesday night (if there's any left).

Otherwise, my next watch purchase (hopefully) will be a Breitling for Christmas.

For me, it's time to stop spending my money on watches that continue plummeting in price and quality! :madd

I have around 35 or so. About 10 are older, vintage models, that I don't keep in the house. My newer collection is about 25 then...some purchased off shopnbc, some off ebay...a couple won on giveaways.
